ATM Caretaker Services

All our caretakers:

• Are trained for better upkeep of the ATM
• Represent as the face of the Bank and need arise is the nearest available personal contact between customer and ATM
• Are Literate to handle courier inbound / outbound
• Act as point of contact for all maintenance updates of the ATM

Create value addition by ensuring timely action during:

• Breakdown of ATM Site / Machine Malfunctioning
• Timely submission of ATM Site Electricity Bills & Mails to concerned departments.
• Avoid any untoward Theft / Robbery attempt at ATM site
• Any Natural disasters like Fire, Floods, etc.
