Job Description:

To direct and co-ordinate the overall activities of the Security Department. To guarantee the safety of all the guests, employees and hotel property.
Give direction and control all activities relating to the Security department, ensure the hotel meets its financial and guest satisfaction objectives.
Responsible to create and coordinate trainings or anything related to employee development programs.

Job Description:

Getting contracts for guarding Business, event security, risk management, executive protection, transport security, monitoring equipment, etc. Identifying clients, generating business from existing clientele and achieving business targets; maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business. Liaison with different verticals of the business and ensuring a smooth transition process for clients. To conduct various types of Marketing plans and activities suits best to given territory. Make a healthy business relationships with new as well as existing clients.
